When Rhys first left school he didn’t go on to University, instead he decided to go straight into work and joined CMR Recruitment as a Resourcer. His role at CMR recruitment is to do the first screening process, so he will find suitable candidates that he feels would be right for the role. After this step he will then go on to give them a short screening call to get more information than what meets the eye on their CV.

He will then pass them on to the consultant who is working on the role, as well as give them all the information they need to know about our process at CMR. Rhys ensures the candidates feel comfortable with what they are doing at all stages in the process and is the first point of call for any questions.

At CMR we meet all of our clients so we know exactly what we are looking for in someone so that they are suitable for the role we are working on. We also have a face to face interview with all of our candidates before putting them across, this way we can get a real view of how our client and candidates will suit. We inform both candidates and clients about each other so they never go into an interview blind or unprepared.
