Charlie Ryans The Recruitment Queen says:

“These are some good examples of what not to say in a job interview. There is an important line between being positive and self-assured as well as being self-aware. Too positive about yourself and you don’t know enough about the challenges for others in working with you. Too negative about previous employment or blaming failures on others is not showing accountability and/or taking responsibility. Employers want to know what they are getting in an individual, just as you want to know what you are getting in an employer, so an honest acceptance of your failings, but presented in a way where you accept them and understand both the positive and negative impact on the working environment of these. Own who you are and communicate it effectively by practicing with a friend some of the questions you may not be very comfortable answering.”
