Everyone within our Company is completely passionate about the Youth Market. As a mother of two teenage boys – I have always given thought to how challenging the leap from education to the workplace can be. I have been fortunate to have had 35 years of experience in the business world and, as such, feel I can help to guide and educate my children in some of the skills needed to take the leap. Lots of young people don’t have access to that resource.
Educational establishments do a great job of fulfilling the role of teaching subjects but few focus on, or offer, access to what we call the “soft skills” that are needed to approach, engage with, and ultimately gain a role within the world of work.
