Taking my role as Business Development Consultant for our Recruitment business a step further in CMR Consultancy – I have an opportunity to gain an insight into the ethos, methodology, and working processes of our clients. This allows us to work with companies to identify scenarios where we can add an extra layer of support and consultancy within their organisations around “people”. This might be psychometric profiling, to gain a better understanding of individuals and teams; assessment of people management and processes; or change management.
