Having completed a degree in Media and Production Lauren knew this wasn’t what she wanted to pursue as a career, but that the knowledge and skills she had gained would transition well into the right role. Throughout her education Lauren worked within Customer Service roles including her 4 years within the John Lewis Partnership who continue to give a strong emphasis on quality service in their training. It is from this and her own experiences that she understands the importance of exceptional customer service no matter the situation.
