John Shenton is the outsourced support in all psychometric profiles CMR Consultancy and The CMR Group undertake. Johns career has seen him be a successful senior business manager across a full range of businesses for a number of years. Operating in the UK and Internationally, across sales, service with operational responsibilities. Within this he has designed and developed a “simple” software application for Business Management to Improve Business Performance, as well as an insurance claim based application for field service billing and time management.
Trained in Management and an early member of the British Institute of Management and the Institute of Directors, John has worked with psychometric profiles for over fifteen years and completed thousands of individual profiles. With a background in IT, John has also developed a unique software application that allows management and staff to contribute positively in the solution of challenges that affect almost any part of the business.
John has now structured a new business in the form of “Profile People” of which CMR work with, to enable a wide a range of people to be able to benefit from this knowledge and experience, and to be able to deliver these same solutions to their clients. The business model is simple – psychometric profiles (questionnaires).
Positivity is at the core of everything that John develops. Communication in business, whether it be one to one, or one to many, is central to achieving outstanding performance. It is from this that Johns passion will always be people and ensuring businesses make the best decisions with their employees.
